What you do if you develope oneitis and lose an interest to continue spinning your other plates?

Let her be the one to ask for a relationship, never do so yourself. Once she asks, tell her you need some time to think about it. Over the next few weeks, you need to shit test HER.

First test: Go to get coffee and tell her you forgot your wallet and ask if she'll buy you one. If she whines even a little, or bitches in any way, toss her. She's after your wallet and you aren't worth even $1.50 to her.

Second Test: Say no. All women want us to do shit all the time; movies, restaurants, family visits, trips, museums, etc. But these things take our own precious time away from bettering ourselves, and sometimes, we can;t be bothered. Tell her no, and don't apologize. Tell her to take a girlfriend if she'd like, instead, but that you really aren't interested. If she freaks, toss her. She doesn't respect you, and wants someone to boss around and be her bitch.

Test Three: Bring up a talk about a prenup. Tell her an old friend of yours was having a discussion on facebook or something about him and his wife having a prenup, and ask her what she thinks of the whole idea of one. If she fat out refuses the idea of a prenup, you already know what her real motives behind locking you down are.

If she passes those tests, you're in the clear. But don't go pansy all of a sudden for being in a relationship. She's still just a woman and will leave you if you don't keep her chasing you.

It isn't one-itis if you're coming from a place of abundance and genuinely want to spend more time with a particular woman because she brings more to the table than a set of holes.

It is one-itis if you're a thirsty loser who has no other options, which is the case 99% of the time a guy catches feels for a particular girl.

Just don't get complacent.

This is a tough one. Two options: try to go exclusive with your oneitis (terrible idea, will fail) or voluntarily cut yourself off or stop putting effort into your oneitis. This is an interesting play. Walking away from a woman you like in order to pursue other women (sounds like you need better plates) is a pretty powerful thing to do. Do it once and you start to realize they’re all replaceable. It’s gonna take going through a few women before you like another one as much, but just gotta grind though it.

Keep spinning your plates or I can almost promise you that you're going to end up alienating your One-Itis. The Burden of Performance. Right now you have your ducks in a row, you have options and she knows that. That is partially why she is attracted to you. If you cut all your other plates, start doting on just her and lose your other options then the countdown for beta town is inevitable. Don't trap yourself here.
