Hey guys, my friend pointed me in this direction and here is my story.

A month ago my coworkers and I went to a bar for a party, and needless to say we all got really drunk. Near the end of the night one of my coworkers and I started dancing, dancing led to kissing, and kissing led to her saying, "Let's go back to my place." After going back to her apartment we started fooling around. Eventually SHE asked me if I wanted to have sex and provided me with a condom. After some terrible sloppy drunken sex, I fell asleep. I was awoken in the morning to her asking me if I had a crush on her. I said not really. She then told me she had a boyfriend and felt really guilty and asked me if she should tell her boyfriend or not. I replied, "I have no idea, it's your relationship." Afterwards she asked me to leave. I get a text from her that night that says, "I couldn't live the lie, I told my boyfriend, I'll try to keep you out of it." In which I replied, "Don't worry about me, that was really fucking stupid of us. I am sorry to have helped put you and said boyfriend in this situation." She replied, thank's anon." After seeing her at work two days later I asked her how everything was going, and she said that her boyfriend won't talk to her. Fast forward to last week where I am now getting texts from her saying that I raped her, I take advantage of drunk girls, and no means no. She also told my managers and owners at work that I raped her and she's not pressing legal charges yet, so that I can admit that what I did was wrong. I obviously told her everything that happened that night again, told her I did not rape her, and asked her to call me (thinking we were friends.) To no avail.

Now I'm scared shitless, for my life, for my job, and I am mentally fucked (can't eat, sleep, trust anyone.)

I lawyered up immediately (meeting tomorrow) and still have a job for the next week at least. Apparently the managers and owners will be having a conversation with me this week after they speak with their lawyers. Hopefully I can show the texts, and my side of the story.

What I think happened is that her boyfriend broke up with her, and now she is victimizing herself not only to get her boyfriend back, but to ruin my life as well.

Hopefully I won't lose my job, and the truth will prevail, but I could easily see my owners not wanting to deal with it and firing me.

I am really scared and could use some advice. Please and thanks in advance.
