Parents suspected of child abuse should flee the country rather than face justice in the family courts, according to one MP.

Some justice would be a refreshing change.

What is missing is accountability for the courts. Time and time again, they commit what in my view is the ultimate crime: they get it wrong.

Blood tests showed Harrison had severe vitamin D deficiency, a condition that can lead to rickets and weaker bones.

But medical experts said the fractures were evidence of abuse and Harrison and his older sister were taken into care.

So they made a bad situation much worse.

And what is the comeback on them for this?

The saddest part is that he's perfectly right. If you find out that the child ~~abducting~~ protection services are after your child, flee while you can, because you can't expect any form of fairness or justice. They can destroy families on personal whims, and they often do. This is the state of things in the west right now. The state is getting more and more powers while the citizens have less and less every day. The only question is: where can you go? It seems it won't take too long till we run out of countries where personal freedom and privacy is protected at all.

This is not in the context of general child abuse, not divorce etc.

Although the statement is equally as applicable, although men who flee with their children to escape an abusive woman tend to be hunted down like dogs.
