With little to no information given it is hard to say anything about this. It could just be that he was filming for interest, the hell of it, etc. and since he was in public that would be fine. On the other hand he could be taking "creep shots" and frankly that is reasonable cause for concern. Since we don't know history, what was being shot, the frequency of the events, etc again, nothing really can be said.

Needs more information. Did she accuse him of being a creep for taking a video of a shopping centre she happened to be in, or did he intentionally harass her?

Ermm... I don't think that word means what these dumbasses think it means.. voyeurism requires nudity for one thing.

"Voyeurism is the sexual interest in or practice of spying on people engaged in intimate behaviors, such as undressing, sexual activity, or other actions usually considered to be of a private nature." I would not consider shopping in a PUBLIC area to be private in nature.

This stuff is why I think the judiciary should be made up of elderly people. Women talking about "male gaze", this one... Lets all wine like small children: "He's Looking At Me!". Stupidity. Do women spur the same about a lesbian looking them up & down. The camera? What if he was running around with a sketch pad? Maybe WOMEN actually invented the burka in Islamic countries.

Look at what CreepyBitterGirl actually said in the JtO box cutter vid. "I did not give you permission to video me" ????? In Canada you do not need any permission to photograph anyone in public, you CAN audio record conversations without telling them "If you are an active participant".

"They looked at me!" ??? The scope of the law does not & should not be involved with mental anxiety disorders. That is the domain of medicine & psychiatry.
