So-I have a good friend of mine who I often chat with online while I'm at work because he's been unemployed for a long time, and I work an IT style job, so I like to keep him company. This morning, in a slow and round-about way he came out with a story of what happened to him this weekend.

He was drinking at home and chatting with a girl online, who he invited over to his apartment. By the time she got there he had already had quite a few and they decided to curl up and watch some movies. Fast forward to the next morning and when he wakes up alone and naked, with little recollection of the night before. He is informed after calling the girl up, that they had unprotected sex. He freaks out, because his one rule is to always use condoms. She convinced him not to, because she's had her tubes tied and is clean. She was fairly sober and he was black out drunk.

It seems pretty black and white that he could not give consent to anything, and even if the sex was mutually agreed upon, the lack of protection wasn't. After some chatting this morning he did say that he felt taken advantage of. Now the question is-What the hell can I do to support him?
