I have to say, this seems a classic case where childish "pranks" continue into adulthood due to the lack of negative response. If she was slapped for it then odds are it would have stopped. (slapped like how you would slap a child on the wrist)

The second time he was burnt he really wasn't laughing. This isn't a prank. Someone in the comments on the video said that she doesn't prank him, she hurts him.

Oh yeah the context from this is a youtube channel where they prank each other back and forth. I thought her pranks were a bit cruel.
