A history how due process was taken away for those accused of rape.

This is stupid. Just because two people are married doesn't mean one can't rape the other. There should not be a blanket marital exception. Being married doesn't entitle one to sex.

OK to complain years later.

What about for people raped as children or teens or as part of a marriage/abusive relationship? They can't be expected to come forward straight away because of their circumstances.

This is stupid. Just because you were not aware that something is rape doesn't suddenly, automatically make it not rape. If sex was nonconsensual, it is rape regardless of whether the victim knows the law.

This has some great stuff in it but it's very very long to read through.

Here's one high light I thought: the supreme court has said it's OK to lock up people for life in prison, accused of sexual crimes as a civil matter. That means they don't have to have a court case and a chance to defend themselves in court or any of the usual protections because --- this is really true --- the judges ruled that locking you up for life in prison isn't a punishment.

And the federal government now bribes all states to set up systems that will do this.
