I think you'll have to select the issues you think are most important, or else it may not come off as genuine. Personally, I would focus on father's rights. Men's rights is so huge that you should probably narrow it down. 10 minutes just isn't long enough to make some of the points I would want to make.

As far as feminism, I wouldn't even mention it. The second you do, you are going to turn people against you and a lot of them will stop listening. Your goal should be promote men's rights. Focus on that and keep your speech positive. This is a great opportunity to talk about important issues in front of a group of people. Don't risk it by creating a combative environment.

I think what I would spend that time talking about is going over quickly the arguments against some of the most common feminist lies. People will not be receptive if they still have the common beliefs about how women have it so tough today.

What I would do is go over the reasons for the wage gap and what actually causes it. This is an excellent issue to talk about because it introduces people to several ideas of the MRM: feminists lying, the male gender role of the provider, and it's disadvantages, the fact that there are differences between the genders, and the fact that women are not always disadvantaged. It also has the advantage that it is a relatively straightforward argument, even if the people you are arguing with accept the most ridiculous of feminist dogma. Going over the wage gap also avoids labelling men as victims, and if you do that people tend to immediately dismiss you.

I would make sure to talk about how lying about the wage gap doesn't really help women, because it could cause then to not go into certain fields assuming their is going to be discrimination. At the end I would say something that raises the point that there are many issues regarding gender that are not understood well because they are looked at from a biased feminist perspective, and mentions something in passing about fathers rights.

Depends on your audience but I think family law reform, domestic violence and circumcision have strong arguments.
See number one.
You can't, feminists are often sexist.
