Yes, I'm serious, and not by individual situations either. Think about it.

The popular idea around here, is that the feminist movement does the following:

1) Does not move for equality

2) Berates and devalues men to the point where society goes along

3) Tries to get a rise out of men, in order to use it as future ammo

And to the people carrying on about how women are then devil, feminists are hatemongers, etc; you're achieving #3 for them. Due to the pavement that's been laid by the feminist movement, people typically don't want to hear it - even if it's entirely true. The truth of society, in many places, is that people don't want to listen to reason from a source that's been previously belittled by another. This is basically a case of the early bird catching the worm.

So to make this brief (because I don't even read stuff over a few paragraphs on here - sorry guys), I implore everyone here to speak with civility and patience. What you're after is equality, and contrary to what that may suggest, you may have to bite the bullet and be the better man about things. In time, people will realize the BS coming out of many people's mouths about the "universal atrocities of all men", but only if you seem less crazy. Society is more threatened by men than women, and that's not something that'll go away ever. What everyone can change, however, is how educated and civil men are perceived.

That's my rant. Nearly everything I post on here gets downvoted to hell, so I don't expect any different of this. As an act of good measure, I'm going to pre-downvote this post.
