I would like to get links to real cases whereby the most egregious examples of this law have been implemented.
For example.. One of the worst claims I've heard is that if you are married and your wife becomes pregnant, even if that child is a product of infidelity, you are still liable for child support.
If this kind of thing is not correct, thats great. If it is, we need actual cases to show people how damaging it is. If it is not correct but there are other equally damaging cases or otherwise, please do reply with them, or where I can find them (if located on another website)
I feel googling this that there is likely some myths circulating around this law, and I want to know exactly is and isnt true before I go repeating things to others without knowing for sure if its correct or not.
On a related note, I really think the Mens Rights Community really need to get on top of seriously documenting these legal cases, research papers in journals, statistics etc. They are always referred to but much harder to find most of the time. Sometimes links are given, but not enough, and not that often.
