After seeing this on reddit, it got me thinking about this chalkboard I saw out front of one the stores that my girlfriend frequents (called "lucky brand jeans") advertising "50% off all womens apparel".
Mind you, the store hardly sells anything for men (according to me, at least). But something didn't seem quite right about that. I do own a pair of their jeans actually and it would have been nice to be included in their sale terms.
If it was anything else... ("50% off train tickets for women") I think a lot of people would get in a huff about that.
I took a picture of the sale sign on her phone I think, I'll fish it out if you guys think there is any substance to this being discrimination.
