I just learned that 'fathers have no legal right to see their own children' (UK), while watching morning TV program, they are giving advice to single divorced mothers.How can it be possible not to have a legal right to see your own children!!! I am flabbergasted, astonished and disgusted.

This shouldn't shock you. Men are disposable. Once we have donated our sperm, then all women need is what you can financially provide. Don't have kids, they are a liability for any man in this day and age.

Oh, and any women who would deny her children a meaningful relationship with there father is a fukin' cunt. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire...

First, I wish to defend these single mothers. That women upset that the father wants to get in contact with the children? You don't know the story, maybe she has a totally legitimate reason for that, maybe she thinks he is abusive. Maybe it's totally unjustified, but you don't know.

Furthermore, maybe they aren't getting enough in child support, maybe they can't afford to raise their kids while the father is rolling in cash, it's a possibility.

Don't make judgements when you are in no position to make them.

Anyway, now about father's rights.

No, there are no "father's rights" in the UK, we have a system of parental responsibility instead. Parental responsibility entitles you to make decisions about your child's welfare.

The system has semi-recently changed in the UK to make it more fair on fathers, if your child was born after 2003 (2006 in Scotland) and your name was registered on the birth certificate, then you are the father and have full parental responsibility.

So basically, fathers do have rights.

Please do some research before making claims that, while not strictly false, are wildly misleading.
