This is the problem with rape is that under most laws male victims aren't recognized so it is usually categorized as sexual assault etc

I really did agree with the German definition, not only for the more gender-equal definition (Forced sexual intercourse), but also for the qualification that there needs to be an imminent threat of violence and the different classification for taking advantage of somebody who is asleep.

The German definition is by far the most logical one. The only problem I had with it was the end bit of it, with regards to penetration, as it seemed like overkill.

"Forced sexual conduct" seems like a good enough definition.
