You really should not support the concept of "hate speech." Free speech includes speech that is extreme. The best way to make sure the MRA has the right to speak is not to try to censor anyone.

I think there's a case to have it deleted, since it advocates castration of males of "all ages" (including children), but I don't know. There's a case for freedom of speech, as well. There's no explicit threat.

According to Watts v. U.S., she would not be liable for anything, and neither would blogger, because even crude, offensive, vituperative speech is protected by the first amendment.

Her idea is hyperbolic. She's not even advocating that we castrate everybody. She's just advocating a march to promote the idea of castrating all the males. It's terrible, stupid and shameful and I hope nobody hires her to be in any room with males and I hope she never becomes a mother, but reporting the abuse, imho, is probably a waste of time.
