I'd say it's a very misleading title. It's like saying a country is banning sex when they're only banning prostitution.

And by "like" I mean "pretty much exactly", because it's quite clear that it's only for cases that would count as prostitution (or whatever the non-contact equivalent is. Stripping? Kinda?) if it was in person.

So yes, I have no problem with this. If it's illegal offline, it should be illegal online. There's certainly a debate about if it should actually be illegal offline, but that's a separate issue.

...unless, of course, the Philippines doesn't actually have a problem with the in-person equivalent. I don't actually know, I'm just assuming it does.
