Arresting someone over a crime with no evidence collected is an unlawful arrest. Department policies need to change, and suing them for every unlawful arrest until those policies change is the way to make it happen.

They should really just pass a law saying any woman can have any man locked away no questions asked. Streamline the whole business. More efficient. And it would really illustrate what's going on better.

Some story about how a 17 year old girl sent nude pics to a man and the man got arrested (and sentenced) for it today, so maybe that's already more or less happened.

Fuckin A'. Seems like justice is being properly served...

Although, I'm willing to bet if this wasn't her latest attempt out of many such scams, she'd be just fine.

Her freedom is a testament to that. Why wasn't she in prison already? Why was this serial liar and criminal allowed to be in free society to begin with, considering her history?
