I'm starting a new long term job that will include near constant travel. I have put a lot of work into increasing my SMV, especially from working out and have seen a lot of results. It would be a shame to lose it all because of my job.

I have thought of using the bowflex adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, portable pull-up bar, and heavy elastic bands. However, I'm not sure how well I'll be able to do several types of exercises with this equipment in a hotel room, such as bench press, facepulls, heavier squats and deadlifts, and more extensive ab exercises.

I am also going to be very pressed for time, typically only having 20 minutes to an hour to work out a day while traveling. I have been doing longer bodybuilding workouts up til now to achieve hypertrophy, but will need a different workout model. I know it won't be as good as what I have now, but I'm trying to look as good as possible while traveling. Any advice or resources for further research?

Edit: Thank you all for the information. The suspension trainer and the barbell complexes, combined with my aforementioned equipment ideas, will likely be a sufficient long-term workout program. Respects!
