I've listened to Joe's podcast for years, and he does not disappoint.

And in the 'deleted scenes' follow-up video to the one posted, there's a part of the video where Kilstein makes a throw away comment that Brian sounds like a rapist (as a joke; and it's significant specifically because it was said in jest), which in my opinion further cheapens the definition of rape and goes against what he's arguing. If you're so adamant about exposing 'rape culture', it does you no favours whatsoever to admonish somebody as a rapist to make a cheap point. If he had any logical consistency, the label of 'rapist' should only be applied to the lowest forms on humanity: the people who actually commit rape. Even if you do believe that people are contributing to 'rape culture', comparing alleged enablers of rape to actual full-blown scum of the earth rapists, just waters down your argument.

Rogan: One in six women are raped... wait, does that mean one in six men rape? Kilstein: Yes.

While they were both really wrong there, it was on Kilstein (as the one who was supposed to be the one informed on the topic) to say NO! Very few men rape. Much less than 14% of the population as most rapists have multiple victims.

Rape is worse than murder.

I hear this a lot and I have a very simple response. If rape was worse than murder, the threat of murder could not be used to get compliance for rape. Many rape victims say they feared for their safety and so didn't resist as much as they imagined they might or as much as they might have wanted to.

Marine rape joke.

This is funny specifically because of the idea men can not be raped and furthermore treated as exceptionally ridiculous because the hypothetical victim is a strong man in a traditionally masculine job. Not only does this hurt men who are victims of rape cause by conditions other than physical violence, it is harmful to women who prefer 'masculine' professions and eschew the 'weakness' of traditional femininity. It encourage the idea that physically capable people can't be raped even though it is generally acknowledged most rape isn't violent rape committed by a stranger.

Jobs should have a no rape rule.

They do, all of them. Thing is that a rapist doesn't exactly give enough of a fuck about people to follow the rules. That's why we have campaigns about how to make yourself a hard target. That actually does have an effect. Sadly, they're seen as 'victim blaming' for some reason, despite the fact we have campaigns like that for every crime. I'd be hard pressed to find a person that doesn't know how to avoid setting themselves up to be a murder victim.
