This report examines the efforts by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) to smear the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). With no serious analysis, the SPLC in late 2007 unilaterally labeled FAIR a “hate group.”

Although not specifically related to Men's Rights, this report illustrates the methods that the SPLC has started using to discredit the MRM.
