I completely agree with the concept behind this article, although I think that trying to bring this case to court on a sexual basis would be shot down right away.

However, I think that someone could definitely bring such a case to court if you based it on other parameters.

The woman: I have become used to a certain financial lifestyle, therefore my ex-husband needs to provide me with a certain monthly stipend in order to keep me in the lifestyle that I am now accustomed to.

The man: I have become used to a lifestyle in which I don't have to do very many chores around my house. I earned the majority of the money and worked more hours than my wife, therefore, she needs to come over and clean my new apartment twice a week and cook me dinner 4 times a week in order to keep me in the lifestyle that I have become accustomed to.

When marriage happens one party should just give a lump sum to the other, (a dowry). Instead of a totally un-agreed upon sum at the end. But that would also require parents and children to give a crap about each other, something we have done everything to end in the west.

If one partner has to provide financial support, the other should have to provide sexual support.
