well here's the deal i live in Grand Rapids Michigan and i pay child support for my son and have been for 2 years now and its $112/w. I've talked to people that pay the same for three kids and make more than me so, I sent in a support review because life is just getting hard to live i take home about $200/w and wanted to see if i could get the CS reduced and the FOC wants to raise it to $150/w now me and my sons mother don't have visitation or really anything set up for custody but after talking to lawyers and other people I'm told im kinda F'ed. Should i establish this even though I've been told it won't matter because FOC knows i have him every other weekend. is there anything i can do besides beg for mercy because i don't have many bills anymore and i was still forced to move back home I'm starting to think that im going to have to live here for 15 more years... is there any hope?
