They could be saying it because you're like a little brother and they'll never, ever condescend to fuck you. OR they're saying it because you fuck them like the sluts they are and treat them in such a way to get those tingles, so they can't help but espouse how you make them feel at that moment.

You should be able to tell which one it is.
