Austrian here.

That means fuck all.

In the last few years, we had a lot of tiny parties spring up and participate in local elections.

We had: The christians (Society will be formed after the bible. You are not ~~christian~~ catholic? Tough luck, we love everybody but you will land in hell and we will make sure that you dont corrupt us pure souls)

The "we only concentrate on one of the tiniest counties of the country and expect everybody to vote for us, while we prance around in Lederhosen and hate them damn foreigners" party (they later pretty much lost half their people to the far right (think Nazi, but really Catholic) party, when their ~~messiah~~ leader died in a car accident with a blood alcohol level of 3.6 per mille (which was "totally a conspiracy" according to their party members)

And there were a load of others I dont remember.

TL;DR: They wont succeed. And every guy with a few friends can start a local party here.
