If I avoid death from the dangerous work, I can still expect to die sooner, because focusing on women's health issues is important; focusing on men's health issues is sexist.

If I raise my arm to block her from striking me, I am the primary aggressor and will be arrested for domestic violence. Even if I don't block her, if she develops bruises on her hands and knuckles from striking me too hard, that too can be used against me.

I will never have a safe spot for my own gender, because that is sexist. I shall instead just avoid their safe spots, which aren't sexist, because they believe that the rest of the world is a safe-spot for men (despite males being the primary victims of violence) and that that belief, too, is not sexist.

I will accept that cosmetic surgery being forced on me is a religious right; cosmetic surgery being forced on my sister is a human rights violation.

If I am ever raped, I will laugh it off with my friends and concede that it was my fault. If a female is ever raped, I will jump unhesitatingly to protect her, because rape is never funny, nor the victim's fault.

If I want my child to live, and she wants it to die, I will accept her choice. If I want my child to die, and she wants it to live, I will accept her choice. If we both want the child to live, but she wants to adopt it out, I will accept her choice. I will have no choice of my own.

However, despite having no rights, I accept that I take full responsibility. She has options, I have obligations; to say the least, I should not have had sex if I didn't want her pregnant. But I should not question her sexual freedom; recreational sex with no expectation of pregnancy is a right all women should enjoy.

I will spend the entirety of my male life supporting her, so that she never needs a man in her life. I shall not question paying taxes that create female benefits. I will suffer the loss of my rights so that she may enjoy her privileges; as I will accept that she earned them herself.

I will never question why the world is as it is, when feminism promised to remove all these blatant hypocrisies and double standards. I will never ask why things have gotten worse, overall, so that they may get slightly better, overall, for women. I will never hold feminism accountable for their actions, because their statement of intent is more important.

I am under half of the population, the minority that is the majority, and I will not question the majority's claims of minority status.

Twenty years ago when I started The Backlash!, we thought that was the start, and that within a few years, ten at most, we'd be done. But everything takes longer and costs more than you expect. Which, I realized, is why to see this through we have to live longer, be healthier, get richer, and find more freedom.

So when you visit my site, now, you'll see that I've broken it down into those 4 areas: sex, money, politics and health.

I'm almost 60, but look and feel more like 40. If you have the money, you can buy health. Not the medical care on which so many waste their money. But real health. It's about diet, exercise, lifestyle and enhancement of your health.

I don't have a lot of money, but I've been a member of the Life Extension Foundation off and on since 1982. Their magazine is not a lot of fluff, and it is available for free on line at their site, http://www.lef.org

The guy who runs the Foundation, Bill Faloon, is only a year younger than me, but even though I look young for my age, Faloon looks more like a 30-year-old. That's okay, when I have the money I will start ratcheting back my physiological age, too. You can do that with what's often called longevity medicine, or leading edge medicine, where the goal is to achieve and maintain the health and vigor of a 32-year-old in perpetuity.

Not having the money, I focus on the fundamentals: diet, exercise and a few basic nutritional supplements. And I read a lot. In addition to what the Foundation has to offer in the way of articles and supplements, I also read and buy supplements from Life Enhancement, where a lot of Durk Pearson's and Sandy Shaw's products are available: http://www.life-enhancement.com

Dr. Joseph Mercola and Dr. Jonathan V. Wright both have good sites, too. Mark Sisson's site on the paleolithic diet is helpful, and I was surprised to find that I was already almost on the paleo diet. It's not hard, it is fun, and it's also fairly cheap. Being poor, I'm all about cheap. But not forever. I want to be rich. So I am learning how to get rich, too.

There are a lot of good sites about getting rich that give away at least 90% of their knowledge for free. I like the Agora publications and subscribe to at least one. Casey Research has a lot of great free information, too.

If all of us who have had enough, if all of us who have become infected with the truth, get and stay health, and also get rich, what kind of political changes can we make?

Leaning to the Libertarian, but recognizing that to affect change requires working within the dominant system, I chose the GOP and support Ron Paul. But there are "Ron Paul Democrats," too. The movement Ron Paul started is not about political parties, but about liberty. And the liberty movement is active within both dominant parties.

But this subreddit is about Men's Rights, and men's rights is where I got my start, where I started The Backlash!, and where I did most of my writing. I am very impressed by the growing number of excellent MRAs, the young women as well as the young men who have stepped forward to resist the oppression. I can't help thinking, however, how much we can accomplish if all of us get rich.

For me, that's through investing. This is not an advertisement. I have no advice to sell. On my site I point to others who do, and whose advice I follow. But not everybody wants to invest. Thank goodness for that. Investors are nothing without inventors and entrepreneurs in whom we can invest.

The idea I want to get across, is that having excellent good health, living an incredibly long time, and getting wealthy is possible for most of us. For most of you. Think about that.
