I can't attract women, and the few times that I can, they're the direct opposite of what I'm looking for - what do I need to change and where can I start?

Start by losing 50 lbs. You can do that in 6 to 9 months. You will feel like a different person. I used to be 5'10 and 250 lbs. Now at 190 lbs I feel so alive and everyone is friendlier.

So you bring nothing to the table yet want hot girls.

Why would a hot girl want you? They have their pick of hot guys, and guess what.... that's what they want, too.... you don't even appear on their radar. When people say 50lbs over that usually means 70lbs over.

So, two options.... become a better man, work for the top 20% or lower your expectations, keep being average and sink into the lower 80%.

Hit the gym, quit the time wasting useless hobbies. Read everything here.

Just use these filfthy SJW's as your plates until you can get something better. Also people tend to self segregate from what I've heard, so it means you should have a better luck with black girls ( I wouldn't complain, they all have a great ass). Find something that you'll focus on like MMA or any combat sport, if you have an apartment start throwing parties for your peers ( it'd be better after your transformation tho, for the better effects from my experience). Do everything you can to meet new people/ get into new social circles. The more you change in terms of look and behavior, the more people will notice, and will want to hang out with you, which leads to attracting more girls in the end.

Don't do only diets, start lifting. You will never regret it. Also if it's too ordinary, change your style, hair, beard etc. If you can, get a job. No matter if it's cleaning the floors of Burger King's. Just get a job and focus on lifting. It wont be a short term thing so if things dont change, dont give up. Have time for yourself and you'll see the results.

What you need to understand is that most approaches are fruitless.

Just keep spinning, see the first girl and keep approaching potential plates. Do the obvious things in your life, make money, lose weight, build muscle and fuck women.
