This is no different from enterprises involving women using objectification as part of the draw, as in restaurants like hooters. If you're against the first one of the two (the female version vs the male version) you knew about, it's hypocritical to support the other. Or, if you supported the first one you knew about, it would be hypocritical to be against the other. (Which means I have to support the rights of both sexes to be involved in a venture like this, because I've always stood up for hooters against criticism by other women, even though, due to financial circumstances, I've never patronized the place.)

At the same time, it would be hypocritical of women who criticize men for patronizing businesses at which some level of objectification of the female employees is part of the theme to in turn objectify or enjoy the objectification of the men involved in this venture. And, it would be wrong for men who criticize women for patronizing Men in Kilts for the enjoyment of getting to objectify the guys to turn around and patronize any business with a similar theme featuring women. The only other important thing to keep in mind is, as is quietly displayed in the video in the different reactions of the guys to the reporter's question, individuals among the staff of even an enterprise that involves a measure of objectification will vary in their tolerance of and comfort with various levels of attention, and more importantly, interaction with the client/customer/public. Just because one is invited to look does not automatically mean one is invited to touch.

TL;DR - If what's good for the goose is good for the gander, then what's good for the gander has to be good for the goose. Regardless, even in situations like this, it's very rude for a person to assume that tolerance of visual and even verbal objectification indicates that physical interaction is welcome.

Othompson and I have talked about this before and as scots we both on numberous occasions when wearing kilts have had to deal with them being pulled up and questions that if framed towards a woman would be sexual harrasment. This is very much proof of women being as bad as they claim men are.

Good business model, but he fact that it is perfectly fine for all the women (and young girls) to keep trying to look up the kilts just makes me want to scream.

But that's the point of wearing the kilt, it provides titillation. I've no problem with that, it's the hypocrisy that is disgraceful.

My husband (then boyfriend) were once together in bar and a young, drunk woman came up to him and flipped it up and then ran away. I wasn't into MR but it was another one of those eye openers.
