I was thinking today, what is the goal of the Men's Rights movement? Is it equality, or is it fairness? I always seem to see feminists screaming about equality, but is equality really what we want?

Say that to get a certain job, you had to take a test. The test is written on one sheet of paper. Say a blind person wants to get the job, and they are forced to take the same test as everyone else, in the same format, no braille, no audio, the standard written test. Assuming the blind man is capable of doing the job, but not of taking the test, is this fair? Hell no, but it is equal. Equality is far easier a goal to achieve, but I believe it is the wrong solution. I think fairness is what we ought to be advocating.

What are your thoughts on this? Is it possible to be fair? What standards should we set to be fair?
