Let's define "rights".

It is a complex issue, honestly. "Rights", in the sense being discussed in the gender "wars", is an entitlement that is guaranteed by law. For example, the right to free speech is "a person is entitled to say whatever they want, and are entitled to prosecute anyone who physically prevents them from doing so".

In that sense, abortion rights make sense as a concept (whether you agree with them or not), but it certainly isn't a right that can possibly be given to men.

However, other things that are fought for don't make sense to be called "rights". For example, the right to government funded birth control doesn't make sense as a "right" (nor does "right" to viagra or other such things), because people aren't physically preventing people from accessing such things. It is a privilege, which is fine, but conflating it with the concept of "rights" is just manipulative lobbying.

Feminists want social "rights". They want people to not have any preconception or prejudices and they want media to stop perpetrating such. They want to change the way every individual feels so they never experience any negative real or perceived about their gender. This is impossible because no matter how much social engineering or propping women up is done there will always be jerks, bigots, and trolls.

MRAs want legal and institutional rights. We want inequalities codified into law removed. We want parity on social services which ignore male issues so the resources are focused on female ones, we want Government policies which unfairly discriminate based on gender removed. I could care less if some harpies think I am inferior because of my dick, but when the Government "punishes" me for it is when I have a problem.

Seriously, ask feminists if there is any law or policy which infringes on female rights. They fight how people are and think, not their true rights. They do not need a political organization and lobbyists anymore, they only need PR and media branches. That is what gets my goat when they say how oppressed they are, just because some jerks think like jerks as opposed to actual fits or oppressions.

What is a "right"?

Rights are violence. Your own or someone else's; actual or the threat thereof. That's about it.

If you can do X, and people will defend your right to perform X with violence in order to stop anyone who attempts to prevent you from doing X, then you have a right to X. On the other hand, if nobody will stop someone preventing you from Y, and you will not supply your own violence to prevent someone from stopping you from Y, then you don't have a right to Y.

Do I have a right to own fully automatic firearms? According to the Constitution I do, but I don't. Unless I'm willing to project my own force in order to prevent the government from attempting to stop me from making/obtaining one... I don't have that right. It doesn't matter what the law says, it matters what violence is being projected.
