Premiums for men are at M, and at W for women. Currently M > W, so the court ruled that this is discrimination, and we must have M = W. So obviously, we need to make them come to an average, and thus, increase both M and W, but increase W more.

Who else wants to get screwed by insurance providers?

If we can offer cheaper insurance for non smoking then I think gender discrimination should be allowed to.

Although this is good for my wallet I don't think thus is the right direction.
