There is no evidence that the majority if bullies are straight males, relational aggression and more covert bully tactics are common in female group.

Incredible read. Very well observed. As a straight male who was bullied, and who witnessed others in the same boat, I enjoyed reading this. I distinctly remember being suspended from school in 4th grade after defending myself from being jumped by three 5th graders. It was humiliating.

As well, it was well stated how the filmmakers masked the bullying done by females on females.

Harsher penalties and actual enforcement should happen. In too many cases, person a bullies person b, b lets an administrator know, but a is not properly reprimanded. then, if b finally fights back, both a and b gets in trouble.

I haven't seen this film. It was my experience that bullies bullied girls and boys growing up, but that girls mostly only bullied other girls. A lot of the boys who were bullied were perceived unmasculine in some way. Juveniles are horrible sometimes, and I truly wonder about a parent who would ever raise a kid this way.
