There are bunch showing that the women cause higher rates of injuries than the men.

The studies also involve the different races in America and Canada, along with some other very different nations.

It's an mr staple!

This is the standard metastudy we use here.

But you aren't going to be able to prove that without cherry-picking. The data sometimes suggests a slight bias towards male victims but it's far more often to be the other way. Of course, you can argue that reporting methods and male stoicness shift it, but I don't have any hard data.

abuse:

There is also the fact that women commit more child abuse and child killings yet women are hardly ever kicked out of the home. Men are blamed for dv and kicked out of the home for it yet women can abuse children and there are no national initiatives anything close to VAWA.

When men are kicked out of the home for women's protection bit women aren't kicked out of the home for kids protection one would assume that women are prioritized in the home/family.

custody:

men face discrimination in courts. Even the "traditional" families from the 40's and 50's operated in the idea that motherhood is more important than fatherhood.
