What's the charge? If it's something like public indecency (they did it in a car), it could potentially happen. It would certainly be incredibly rare because you have to be a fuckwitted ass to not realize or care about the double standard, but a male would certainly be more likely to be charged than a female.

Did he force her to have sex? Even if he didn't, she might have claimed this was the case to exculpate herself from a statutory rape charge.

Yes its possible. I've seen news stories with the same thing happening. The taking a piss in public one is something I would have gotten done for in the past.

4am in the morning. The pubs and clubs are closed. No public toilets around and I'm bursting for a piss. Of course I'm going to look for an allyway to piss in.

The ironic thing is, if I just piss my pants, I would probably get arrested on the bus home because I smell like piss and thus being guilty of "anti-social" behaviour. You see, you just can't win.

It could have easily happened. Not for statutory rape, but for other reasons. It does go to show how utterly useless sex offender registries are.
