A few of my friends just got back from an Innocence Project conference last week. They shared many stories with me, but none were quite as compelling as seeing the pictures of all the clients that had been exonerated with the IP's help and hard work. All but one of the clients I could see were men, and of those, nearly all were African-American. If you have the ability to do so, I strongly urge you to donate any little bit that you can.
