Let me start off by saying this isn't an issue of mens rights or anything like that. I've been on reddit for awhile, I've had a few accounts and I mostly lurk, but I've been here for about 2 years now. I can say, with confidence, that over the course of those two years, I've noticed a substantial increase in the amount of women posting on this site, and a substantial decrease in entirely harmless "woman jokes". It just sort of feels like whenever a man does something dumb or wrong, we can all rally around and say that whatever happened was wrong or dumb. Whenever a woman is criticized it becomes a big issue. Be it rage comic, youtube video or comment in a thread. Women and white knights will attack the post so it can't be seen, even if it was meant to be entirely harmless.
