Seeing this now with a friend, dealt with it myself... the courts, at least around here, are wising up to it and clearly didn't believe my ex's random accusations, at least after the first 2 weeks of the restraining order. The court Psychologist got talked her at length and basically gave the court a report saying it was his belief that all the accusation were "imagined or concocted" and her credibility throughout the rest of the process was severely damaged.

Which, sadly, is going to create a bad situation for the 23% that aren't false, but... meh. You did it to yourselves.
