It's not clear, but it appears they had a joint account and she ran off and used money from a joint account without his permission. He's wondering if he can get the money back. Any ideas?

It's not men's RIGHTS specifically, but perhaps there's some legal action the /MR community knows about that could help him as this seems to track to men who are divorcing and get their accounts raided before the wife runs off.

Let this be a lesson to guys why you should never set up a joint account. In fact, if you get a prenup like you should, all your money should be kept separate. As a rule of thumb, assume that if you commingle money even once that your prenup will be null and void.
