It shows just how much a legal scam the family court is.

Their mouthpiece former judge Chisholm was commissioned by the feminist-controlled Australian Government to write a report which recommended the removal of the fundamental principles of Western jurisprudence, namely, the presumption of innocence and protection from false allegations. This is supposed to "protect" children by encouraging "victims" too afraid to make allegations to come forth.

And as further encouragement for these poor unknown mothers the "friendly parent" protections against alienating the child were repealed supposedly to encourage disclosure of "family violence" which is conveniently redefined to be so vague & subjective that it is whatever the accuser says it is.

The fact of the matter is that the "weak" shared parenting reform caused litigated divorce (profit) to drop 22%. The judiciary - the privileged class - the modern "robber barons" - invented new laws to pillage & plunder their serf's family wealth and hold their children to child support ransom.

And 70% of divorced/umarried women vote for the welfare protection & social justice (wealth redistribution) of the Big Brother party. So Leftist government wants more divorce - the preferred social engineering tool.
