What I find most amazing about this is how efficiently it enforces stereotypical gender behavior of both men and women. Men = hardware stores. Women = jewelry. I suppose all gender-divisive advertising does that (a la Doctor Pepper Ten), but this made it painfully obvious to me.

I don't really think this is a big deal. It's just when the "This is for men!" things get protested, and things like that are allowed that bother me. If both are accepted, then it's not a big deal really.
