Speaking of bias: I am amazed but not surprised that this study was not widely reported, repeatedly quoted, and included in "meta-research" studies. However, the bogus African trials--since they support circ--are widely reported and their conclusions taken as fact. At least in America.

I think the Sub Saharan Africa studies had one critical flaw

Sexuality in Sub Saharan Africa tends to be of the "have sex with anything that moves" variety.... with the exception of Muslims, who do tend to monogamy, non-adultery, and who tend to be circumcised.
