Just curious, are companies like this legal?

Our companies will receive $18,000 in funding, free office space, product development and design support, mobile-marketing promotions..... we receive a 6% equity stake in each company.

Essentially what they're doing is saying "I want to buy something (a part share in a company) but I will only buy from women".

Its somewhat similar to saying "Im hungry, but I'm not buying any food thats been cooked by a filthy [insert minority]". It makes them a bunch of bigoted shitheads, but it's not technically illegal.

Where it gets really sick is if you look into the tax credit they get for it.

You can't really make a case against it. What would you say they are doing that is illegal? And can you prove it?
