When I was 18 I was maybe a 4-5, I'm 21 now and simply by aging a bit more I changed and I went up to a 6-7. Can you grow out a beard? Mine just started to grow out a bit more in the past couple months and that alone threw me up a point on the scale.

And how are you dressing? Clothes can easily get you up a point.

What's more optional but neat if you're into it are tattoos. Not saying you should get tattoos to get plates, but if you plan to do so I noticed that it helped a lot with girls too. (But seriously, don't be stupid, only get tattoos if you want them for yourself and no other reason mate)

Pretty hard to when your smv is so low at 18, you are better off focusing on your own stuff for a few years at least and just mastubating when you need to.
