r/TheRedPill often has prescriptions for how to text a girl you're trying to get such as: use texting for logistics.

In most cases, I imagine that it would prescribe the same for one who has a girlfriend. How about someone who is in a long distance relationship? Should they only text to discuss when they will be meeting in person, or virtually for that matter? Or should there be more conversation? What are some good rules or suggestions for such a situation?

Any input is appreciated.
