I just read a gruesome report from "The Australian" of people being kept as slaves and used as sex slaves aboard Korean flagged fishing vessels in New Zealand waters.

I strongly urge you to monitor the situation and verify that these human rights abuses are halted, and that the criminals involved are punished.

If they are not, I urge you to downgrade the classification of both South Korea and New Zealand from a Tier 1 state to a lower status consistent with their failure to protect these trafficked persons.
