Paternity fraud is with criminal intent, with intent to deceive. (mens rea). It does not matter if mon is not sure whose baby it is. She knows she might be naming the wrong father, and intentionally hides this fact for her own selfish goals.

A cuckolded man goes from no financial liability to a huge liability. He has NO responsibility, and suddenly he gets duped and is liable for child support, child care. In paternity fraud, a man gets "robbed" of money and effort that are only his. If he were to adopt someone else's child, then informed consent would be needed.

In Baby switching, the victims already had a baby, they just were exchanged. Financially, and in terms of work, no difference. If one believes the excuse feminists make "DNA does not make a father, diapers are more important", then permanent Baby switching is not a problem at all.

Short term baby switching is, comparably, a tiny problem. What is the problem having the wrong baby for a day? Compared to having 20 years of life and income robbed due to a lie!? Nevertheless, prime ministers get concerned about one single case, lawyers demand huge financial settlements

You have to wonder, why is it that people and institutions react in this way, over something which was an accident, which didnt last very long, and which caused no harm to the babies.

I'll tell you why, because people are scared of women. Thats the truth about it. Women can be such nasty pieces of work that no one wants to get on their bad side for fear of them becoming hysterical (incidentally, that is why all women are overly-nice to each other, its not through friendship, its because they fear other women. As women, they know what other women are capable of, and they feel the need for allies. The female world is an animal world which a lot of men, being human, simply dont understand).

Add in all the womens groups that call for blood and ratchet things up even more and you've got men saying things like 'horrified and shocked' (which is what we usually hear the womens groups say, although their stock comment is 'shocked and appalled').

People know how dangerous and unstable women can be and they are frightened of them, and what they can do to them personally, or their careers.
