Sex shouldn't really affect your body image all that much. Body image shouldn't be all that important anyway! Our culture makes too big a deal about sex in general. It seems like the major opinions are either "Have sex as soon as possible! It's the modern thing to do!" or "Never have sex because it's a terrible thing, or at least not until you're married." Either way, people are being judged based on a single action instead of on their general character. "You're still a virgin? Wow, you're virtuous/prudish." Or "You have sex all the time? Wow, you're so liberated/slutty." Why does a person's sexual habits have so much importance?
