It's generally viewed that Indian men are the most disliked group of men by race. Almost every other race has masculine stereotypes (Latino - gangs and drug cartels, Asian - martial arts, middle east - terrorism, etc) except for Indians. The stereotypes we have are extremely blue pill (nerdy, living with our parents, parents controlling kids lives even well into adulthood).

I'm not here to complain or seek sympathy. I'm accepting reality the way it is and I want to do the best I can to overcome these hurdles

My questions are:

1) How can I improve my confidence? Even though I consciously know it's not true, I subconsciously feel like I don't deserve hot white girls (or hot girls of any ethnicity) no matter how much I lift or improve my SMV simply due to the fact that being Indian my SMV automatically takes a huge hit (as evidenced by dating site statistics). Even in my everyday life, I see most skinny beta white guys get more pussy than almost every Indian guy I know. Maybe I'm just a victim of confirmation bias, but out of the dozens of Indian guys I'm friends with, only 2 of them have gotten with a white girl to my knowledge. Again, I'm not complaining, just looking for a way to convince myself psychologically that I'm worthy enough regardless of my race.

2) How can I overcome being Indian, not being blessed with great looks (I would say my looks are probably average or slightly below average), having a thick accent, and having a small stuttering problem? I feel like that's a quadruple whammy when it comes to improving my SMV. However, on a more positive note, I do gain visible muscle fairly easily (yes, I am lifting regularly) and I have a good height (5'10'', which is taller than most guys I'm friends with).
