A woman from Kansas has been busy proving to the state of Florida who she's not: a deadbeat dad.Her name is Shawn Smith and she recently got a call about a child support petition.A letter from the Florida Department of Revenue dated in April says the social security numbers matched the child's dad's because a mistake.Still, an investigation by a credit reporting agency dated December 29th, shows a balance of nearly $5,000 still due to child support enforcement...and the responsibility as hers.
