This is the one thing holding me back the most. I'm finishing my freshman year in college and my relationship for the whole time I was here ended. If you put the time I spent socializing into a pie chart, it would look like 80% her, 10% frat bros, 5% alone, and 5% other friends combined. We are together, studied together, same clubs, etc.

Now that I'm single I have 85% of my time alone with myself. This gives me numerous time for self improvement, but "I just don't feel like it".

I started my morning great. Knocked out an essay and hit the gym. Went to class, got back and ate. After that I didn't feel like doing shit the rest of the day so I took an hour long nap where I slept for 20 mins then was in my feels feeling alone for 40. I'm now at one of my bros house where I'm with company and can study since I don't feel alone. If I didn't go there I'd go to the Library just so I will know that I'm not alone.

How can I break my dependence of company to not feel alone? I can work around this, but until I get over this issue, I can't do 100% of what I want. When I had to deal with this as a kid I turned to video games. Now that I've given them up, I don't want to relapse to a useless hobby.
