Extortion: For writing that ridiculous demand letter asking for money, cars, and a house.
Extortion: For getting attourney Dana Kolter to write a $10 million demand letter to Pitino.
Lying: For telling the FBI that she didn’t have Lester Goetzinger make threatening calls to the Pitino when she did.
Lying: For telling the FBI that her relationship with attorney Dana Kolter was “strictly business” when she was sucking him up on the regular.
Retaliation Against a Witness: For making the false charge of rape against Pitino after he’d gone to the FBI with his extortion claim.

Is it normal for someone convicted of a crime to go free until sentencing? Seems like a bad idea.
