Again, when it comes to reasons why women weren't doing well in college enrollment it's because of society. When it comes to men not doing well in college enrollment, it's men's fault. "Perhaps men will wake up, smell the coffee, and rush off to college in greater numbers." Why didn't women wake up and smell the coffee 70 years ago? This is a rhetorical question. Maybe, oh, just maybe there are policies and practices in the CURRENT system that have caused men to lag? Dare I ask this question? Or is it just men's fault?

There is one thing that this article and others like it fail to mention. My father has taught at universities for 35. He told me recently the percentage of people in the UK who are now going to university. I can't remember what it is, but I was shocked how high it is.

The figure was so high I asked how there could be enough people in the UK with a high enough intelligence to make this possible. He says there weren't. The high university attendance rate has meant a gradual but significant drop in the difficulty of a university degree, to the point where universities are almost serving up cheap, prepackaged 'McDonalds' style education. Universities care about bums on seats, and in order to get more bums on seats they have compromised their academic elitism.

While it's true boys are getting put off education from a young age because schools in the west don't know how to deal with boys, I think the point raised above also points to why less men are going to university.

I think men love a challenge, and university no longer provides that. Universities these days are all about mediocrity and sitting quietly, they are job factories which churn out new employees, mainly to do the kind of rote work men just aren't interested in doing (middle management, project managers, HR). This really does not interest most men.

The patriarchy has been overthrown, abolished, and salted under. We are now living in a matriarchy.

Look at all the single-parent households, and ask yourself where all the Fathers, where all the so-called patriarchs, have gone? Abolished, by law, by custom, and by the matriarchy.

The Nanny-State cometh, to nurture, to protect, to suckle, to infantilize you.

Every sign points to the marginalization of men, and the ascendancy of women. The feminists are still complaining about women's lack of power, when they surpassed men decades ago.

Yet much of the developing world, especially the Muslim world, remains predominantly patriarchal.

Radical Islam, in particular, abhors feminism.

He forgets about the fastest growing Muslim population in the world: the inner city Muslims of Europe.

They are getting more radical every day, and they are breeding like rabbits.

I bet my foreskin on some form of Intifada in Paris in the next 20 years.

The Europe of the future will look like Israel today.
